Shipping policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed, quality-checked, and packed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship all domestic orders via USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery estimates depend on your location but typically take 2–5 business days once shipped.

• Order of $50.00 and up: FREE
• Order of $0.00 to $49.99: $5.99

Shipping Restrictions
We only deliver to the 48 contiguous United States. Due to carrier costs and complexities, we are currently unable to ship to:

• Alaska (AK)
• Hawaii (HI)
• U.S. Territories and Islands (including Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.).
• APO/FPO/DPO Addresses

If an order is placed with a restricted address, we will contact you to cancel and fully refund the order.


Tracking and Insurance
All packages include USPS tracking and are insured up to $100 against loss or damage by the carrier. If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier immediately.


Packaging Note
Every piece of jewelry is carefully packaged in a protective box, ready for gifting or safe keeping. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
